Labelled peptides for multimodal in vivo imaging of cancer
The aim of this bachelor thesis is preclinical testing of two peptide bioconjugates as potential agents with nuclear and optical signaling for oncological applications. The main goal of the study is to determine in vitro characteristics of studied bioconjugates, their in vivo behaviour in tumor mice and to evaluate their potential for diagnosis of cancer using imaging techniques
