Abstract
This talk focuses on the development and optimization of a protocol for the formation of the protein corona on melamine microplastics in diluted human plasma samples. Additionally, it describes the procedure for the isolation and processing of corona proteins for LC–MS analysis. The established protocol will serve as a basis for further investigations of the interactions between selected microplastics and human plasma proteins, and subsequently, their interactions with intracellular proteins in human cells.
