BBMRI.cz represents an expert system connected to universities and key healthcare providers in the Czech Republic, which (as the only large research infrastructure) collects, stores and provides human biological material along with associated data needed for research into the etiology, pathogenesis and genetic background of serious human diseases, for the improvement diagnostics, prevention and personalization of oncological treatment with the long-term goal of improving the public health of the population in the Czech Republic. The goal of this project is to provide top quality parametric and traceable quality services to the scientific community in line with strategy of BBMRI.cz and BBMRI-ERIC policy.
