Testing the temperature uniformity of the thermocyclers using melting temperature of the same amplicon

The thesis is reviewing calibration methods of thermal cyclers and the experimental part is focused on the using of melting temperature of the same amplicon as a new approach of calibration.

Status: Graduated from 2010 to 2015.
