Abstract
SureQuant is a targeted mass spectrometry technique that enables precise quantification of low-abundance proteins in tear samples. In tear proteomics, it can be used to detect biomarkers associated with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. This non-invasive approach may improve early diagnosis, disease monitoring, and the development of personalized treatments.
